Special kudos to the fans of The Tri-State Wrestling Alliance show back on Saturday, December 5.
With a crowd 15% of what Dragon Gate drew on Thanksgiving, the fans of the TWA filled large boxes of toys for the Wenonah chapter of Toys for Tots, rather than the six toys (yes, I said six) that were collected at the Dragon Gate show. Applause to them, including the children who went over to a wrestling figure vendor at the show, bought a toy; then came over and put it in the Toys for Tots box, rather than keep it for themselves.
Looks like some of the youngest fans of wrestling understood the meaning of the holiday season far better than some well-off grownup fans.
